Day 9 - Favorite and least favorite expansion pack or version of the game from this challenge in [livejournal.com profile] thesims2 community.

Least favorite is a bit hard because each expansion had a few things I really loved. But, Bon Voyage is the one I use the least. It is partly because I don't like loading from lot to lot (the one thing I do like about Sims 3). But I have not found Sim vacations to be very relaxing. I feel like they have to do everything because I almost never take them on vacation and the time runs out so quickly. I suppose just like a real vacation.

My favorite expansion was Freetime. I think hobbies round out people and so they also round out sims. Plus, I adore the ballet bar.

Day 8 - The most common reason your Sims die from this challenge in [livejournal.com profile] thesims2 community.

Today's has actually been the hardest day of the challenge because...well...I can't part with my sims from Sims 2 so they either die of old age which rarely happens because normally I don't let them die. I do have a shot from Sims 3 where a sim dies of old age. Not really as attached to those sims but even then...

Day 7 - Favorite interaction or facial expression of a Sim from this challenge in [livejournal.com profile] thesims2 community.

I believe this interaction is a hug though it seems more like a snuggle. Sims 2 has a lot more really sweet interactions than Sims 3, I think it may be a more animated face during interactions but I'm not sure. But I love this interaction because it just looks like love. It’s the little things that make the game so fun.

Day 6 - Something your Sims do that drives you crazy from this challenge in [livejournal.com profile] thesims2 community.

When sims knock over other sim's trash cans. OH MY GOD. This annoys the hell out of me. Like, who does that?

Day 5 - Your favorite EA object in the game from this challenge in [livejournal.com profile] thesims2 community.

"Wilted Love" would have to be my favorite EA object. I had not read the little tagline that goes with it about an artist and his muse until today when I was looking in game to see what the object is called. To me, the object just seems like one of those actual personal items that someone keeps. A lot of EA's clutter is impersonal, you could go to the store and buy it. I've got whole boxes filled to the brim with keepsakes that are no longer or were never practical--like a pair of pants with paint splotches on it from the painter I first fell in love with. Rocks were another of those sorts of things I used to hold onto. For these sorts of sentimental reasons I love the "Wilted Love" wall décor.

Day 4 - The skill your Sim is most commonly learning from this challenge in [livejournal.com profile] thesims2 community.

That would be the creative skill. I didn't have a shot of my sims writing a novel or using the criminal career reward but here are some of the many ways my sims get creative.

Day 2: A house you built from this challenge in [livejournal.com profile] thesims2 community. I've been doing a lot of building in Sims 2 lately. Mostly I've been working on a sort of grungy city environment and a wooded island (both had lots in my last image dump). But I had wanted to play around with a more upscale look so I built this house to look a bit like some of the swanky houses in the area of So Cal I reside in. It isn't meant to be a replica just inspired by.

I saw this in in [livejournal.com profile] thesims2 community today and figured, what the hell. This is actually the very first self sim I've ever made.

Aspiration: Knowledge & Family
